I made some of this file but not all i just used some of the games old skin and effects. I couldnt have done it with out Maximum PC. You should find him in the IC market place. (He is also a essential but sence he is a mod guy the be able to kill essential NPCs do not work on him.)

To install just download the file save it to some where then place it in to your Oblivion data folder.
