I wanted to be able to use the Reanimate spell without using Staff of King of Worms, so I made this. Adds The Necromancer Birthsign with following abilities: Magicka Bonus 20 points, Resist Frost 5 points and spells: Reanimate (Reanimate 30 seconds) and Lesser Soul Trap (Soultrap 10 seconds).
