Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Imperial City Dark Brotherhood Base Details
This .esp mod for Oblivion adds a Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in the Imperial City! In it are four new NPCs. Two of them are working merchants, one being a barkeep, and the other an armorer. There are two beds, a throne, a few random weapons on weapon racks, good furnishings and other good things in the sanctuary. It is easy to find (See screenshot one and four) and also has one new Dark Brotherhood member outside of the door, guarding.

This is my first mod, so I'm very sorry if you are not pleased with it, but I personally think it is excellent. This will probably not be worked on again, unless severe bugs are in it. Please, look forward to some new mods by me, soon. :)
