extract to your game dir:
C:\Program Files\lionhead\The Movies\Data\textures\costumes

If it asks to replace a file, you'll have to rename the file to the next consecutive number:
example "com_f_60s_und_bra_v07.dds" to "com_f_60s_und_bra_v13.dds"

to use, go to the 60's underwear and change the bra and panties.

I think you might not be allowed to publish movies that contain nudity in "the movies" site, so be careful and have fun.
