Changes Ongar the World Weary (First level thieves guild fence) to be much more handy.He will now:
* Sell all arrow types, including one enchanted arrow
* Repair items
* Train in mercantile up to 100
* Recharge your enchanted items
- Cost of arrows was increased to offset the ease of buying them
This mod was created for anyone who wanted a convenient "do it all" merchant to go to after plundering to avoid having to travel to more then one town.
In order to install simply put the TES file into your Oblivion Data Folder.
Then when you start up the game next, select it in your data files.
