Allows Shady Sam (Merchant outside Imperial City) to buy your expensive items for closer to what they are worth. She has 25000 gold available to make purchases so this is a good place to unload those higg-price magic items that you can only get 800 GP for elsewhere. Also, you can use persuade and haggle to get better prices. Sam is a female high elf, can repair items, recharge items, and train in speechcraft.
