Description: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Tandem's Guild Item Ownership v1.2

This is a two part mod. The first part is guild item ownership. This places faction/rank flags on every item in the guildhouse, so you must be of a certain standing in order to grab an item without punishment. This gives you more of a sense of your overall rank in the guild, and takes away the temptation to pick up the 25 alchemy items in some of the mage guilds for quick cash.
