V1.0
For specs, see tables below
In v1.0:
-Basic (unenchanted armors) leveling and rarity complete across all lists
-Enchanted Armors leveling and rarity complete (for the most part). Combined lists also 100% complete. I dealt with these armors far differently than with normal armor, but they should still maintain rarity. Enchanted armor is a haphazard mess in the CS so editing this is neigh impossible. May need some tweaking, but also may be ok as is. Will test soon...
-Random encounter armors changed (skeletons and other mob armors)
-Dremora mob armors scaled appropriately
-Arena mobs armors scaled appropriately
-Generic loot tables changed--leveling for chest drops
-Goblin armor/weapons adjusted
-Weapons tables scaled appropriately
-Enchanted weapons tables scaled appropriately
-Ammunition (ranged) is currently NOT working appropriately, so it may be fixed later. It may balance better having the better ammo at earlier levels however--time will tell

INSTALLATION-
Install to your Oblivion Directory (by default Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion)
Enter "Data files" in the Oblivion launcher menu and check the box next to the UNOFFICIAL EQUIPMENT RARITY PATCH V1.0
WARNING: This mod is relatively untested, however regardless of its stability, you should ALWAYS back up your save files
In any case, it should be installed and uninstalled without impact because the mod only affects what becomes ingame
material and not what is ingame material

SPECIFICS
This mod is intended to change the stock levled lists in Oblivion so that your common bandits
and other mobs are not wandering Tamriel while caked in Daedric and the rarer armors/weapons as soon
as you hit lv15 or above. This mod is NOT intended to make it impossible to find the rarer armors/weapons,
and due to probability constraints in the CS, it does not do so. However, the mod will make this
equipment much rarer on average and hopefully increase the realism/level of satisfaction from playing this game.

The armor levels are:
1 - Iron/Fur
7 - Steel/Leather
11- Dwarven/Chainmail
18- Orcish/Mithril
25- Ebon/Elven
30- Daedric/Glass

WEAPONS:
Weapons of the various types are found at the following levels (they can be found generally around 2 levels before the matching armor type):
Iron- 1
Steel- 5
Silver- 7
Dwarven- 9
Elven- 16
Ebony- 23
Glass- 28
Daedric- 30
Weapons don't follow the same tabeling as do armors, but instead I have revamped the lists using a iLevItem... value set to 100, so these weapon lists probabilities are as follow are as follow (the number represents the ammount in the list, in order to simulate probability as you increase levels):
Iron- 15 of given weapon type
Steel- 12 of given weapon type
Silver- 8 of given weapon type
Dwarven- 6 of given weapon type
Elven- 1 of given weapon type
Ebony- 1 of given weapon type
Glass- 1 of given weapon type
Daedric- 1 of given weapon type
MERCHANTS:
Some vendors sell armors/weapons at slightly decreased levels, however generally the level you will be able to find the armor/weapon in the wilderness/dungeon will be the same as the merchant.
