Description: DOD: Source - Wile's weapon soundpack V.1

Soundpack that changes all of the weapons' firing sounds. All files are compatible with the standard "distance effect" you hear in DOD: Source.


I created this soundpack for my own use. I make no claims that
it is the best thing you will ever hear. How files sound in games is dependant on what type of sound hardware you use. I made these files as best I could to simulate a proper correlation between the distant and near sounds. I felt they did not properly achieve this with the initial release of DOD:Source.

Victory songs have been changed also. US Army theme song,
"the Army Goes Rolling Along", for the allies and Wagner's
"Ride of the Valkyries" for the axis. Both are slightly
longer than the stock one and are 30 seconds.
