An old house, once a home to forgotten grander and situated in great beauty, now lies in the middle of massive development. It’s current occupants, keen to hold on to it’s character (and thus value), have just received a letter from the local council telling them to move out or be moved out to make way for yet another massive office block.

The occupants, infuriated by the socialist local council they themselves voted for, lash out and find a stash of weapons and take six hostages from the neighbouring offices and threaten to kill everything around them unless their demands are met.

Elite counter-terrorists and the air-force are called into this delicate situation as negotiations fail and two hostages are killed. The only choice the security force have is to take action and eliminate their escape cars and all of the hostiles and of course, rescue those pesky hostages.
