A large, two area mission for Thief Deadly Shadows, which includes a lot of extra stuff required to make it go.
Just extract to your Thief Deadly Dhadows folder, and let it overwrite anything it asks to - you can get it back to normal by unzipping the ResetToDefault.zip which is installed with the level back over the original path.
Then start a new game from the main menu.
That simple.
