Description: The Sims 2 - The Superzoniks Episode 3 - Return of the Lime
This is a music video using the sims 2, my friend Iain and I did 3 videos, the other two will be posted soon. I woul dlike to thank Maxis, Journey (Dont Stop Believ'n) and Client (Theme) for great songs, and whoever made the house we used (sorry I cant remember). But the stage was built and designed by myself, I would like you all to take note of it! Its amazing. Again, thanks to anybody who I missedThe Superzoniks
Current Lineup:
Smirnov Superzoniks: Vocals (1979- )
Mimey Superzoniks: Keyboards (1967- 1999; 2000- )
Denzel Superzoniks: Bass (1978 - )
Nigel Behan AKA Junioso: Electric Guitar (1986 - )
Missy D Superzoniks: Drums (1984 - )
Some bands are drawn together by musical ability, some bands are drawn together by shared interests, and some are drawn together by a random, unlikely series of coincidences. It is into this third category that the Superzoniks fall. Founding members Smirnov Superzoniks and Denzel Superzoniks met while they were both studying music at a college in South Africa where they were both staying to evade charges of money laundering in their respective home countries, Russia and the USA. Originally, they called themselves “Acid Puke” and, although the music community as a whole largely banned their first CD “My Unholy Demise”, it did spawn the hit single “Corpsefall” which reached #3 on the Czechoslovakian charts before everyone came to their senses and banned it from ever being played again. It wasn’t until they relocated to Los Angeles to record their current CD and in the process adding drummer Missy D to the lineup, that the band came into it’s identity as “The Superzoniks” making the name switch in late 1998. During that time they broke into the mainstream with their cover of Rammstein’s Los.
Unfortunately, during the filming of the music video, tragedy struck, when in a horrible, Kraft Dinner™ related incident, Mimey was set on fire and succumbed to burns before paramedics could arrive. Gamely, the three remaining members struggled on, replacing Mimey with a new keyboardist, Meso Horny. Shortly after their “Communism’s OK” tour in 1999, they added guitarist Nigel Behan to the band (his name was originally Junioso, and started a solo career following his father‘s footsteps, although his boy-band, The Tricycle-Demons plummeted into shadows because their sales weren't up to par; therefore he changed his name to Nigel Behan and started fresh), and Smirnov moved solely to vocal work. However, in 2000, Nigel learned that he was in fact, the long lost son of Mimey, and set about trying to figure out a way to bring Mimey back to life. This culminated in Mimey’s return as a horribly disfigured zombie. Luckily, he was pretty disfigured in the first place so no one really noticed. Except for Meso, who in 2005 was appalled when the founding members decided to re-unite the long-lost brothers in arms and kick Meso out of the band. This resulted in Meso challenging the renewed keyboardist Mimey to a duel on the set of their newest video “Synthesizer”. Meso was sent home packing (and crying, but no one holds him to it), and Mimey returned to his place at the keyboard to finish the Synthesizer video. Meso was never one for photo opportunities, so there was never any quality footage of him; in fact the band now deny any knowledge that Meso ever played the piano in the Synthesizer music video.
As of a few weeks ago the band released their current single Don't Stop Believing; a homage to Journey. Nigel was once quoted saying "there are a few bands in history that can skewer my heart like Journey can, and I just wanted to share that with the world." In a few short months the Superzoniks will have finished recording their second album “Transdrexual Inhalants” and are getting set to head on a European tour with their sensational new opening band “The Parmaviolets.” Rumor states that the band have made arrangements to remake their first music video, Los; or at least the storyline. Supposedly because of the bad quality associated with the low budget, the band felt that this is a story that the public needs to see in greater quality. Other rumors include the duo, Amy and Angelo will be in charge of the production of this re-make and that they (along with the Superzoniks) will choose an appropriate song for the tear-jerking storyline. It seems Amy and Angelo have set the gears in motion for yet another quality Superzoniks song. You can be sure that this cover band will be on the charts for a number of years.
