In many tales and legends the world of Krel is described as a land full of sorrow and war. Her inhabitants battle endlessly trying to secure their grip over the lands. In the past, six races populated the continent and many battles were fought, then the alliance between orcs, trolls and avians fell. The strongest tribe of the orcs stayed and fought for their lands. Conquering the entire continent was their goal. Only four races are left and have divided the lands into four realms. The alliance of the Dwarves, Humans and elves live in the far north; the orcs made their homes in the wastes, south east, near to the sandy coasts.

Mourning is a new persistent online world project set in turbulent medieval times. Mourning plunges players into a beautifully detailed world to explore, which includes underground caverns, woodlands, mountain ranges, forests, ice lands, wastelands, cities and towns.
Mourning provides players the unique ability to craft characters, items, armor, weapons and structures offline via applications such as 3DSMAX or Maya and have them imported into the world after approval by the developers. Mourning also provides players with a powerful suite of proprietary tools that will aide in the offline crafting process by players.
Mourning attempts something new, that no massive online game has done before. This unique feature brings a totally new dynamic to online worlds by providing roleplayers and crafters opportunities never before seen in this genre, while at the same time creating strong community bonds inside and outside the game world.
No longer are crafters and roleplayers bound by the static in game systems of other worlds. The world of Mourning is truly dynamic and
