Explain it:
MOHAIM is the new ironsight mod that work on Medal of Honor Allied Assault only .
This work when you pressing walk buttom to change view , and if you are in running mode appear the crosshair .
To get the toggeable working you select any bind from Mohaa Options , panel controls , keyboard where appear run/walk or always- run toggle .
Some models was changed to clear the view .
The mod is client and server side .
Maybe if you make restart on console will take a time (+/- 1 min)
to crosshair appear when run mode .
Changes to crosshair:
Open the file with notepad , global/DMprecache.scr in this pk3.
Default ,crosshair appear when you are running mode only :

}

To no crosshair:
$player[local.p] stufftext ("ui_crosshair 0")

If this precache are in server side , will be the force crosshair to clients side .
All weapons are based on Moh Breakthrough realism values .
