A little Update
-A few fixes
-Improved AI
-Added new stuff

Added a few things, changed the rules.ini,
improved AI, added a new map, done by myself.
At last I found a few bugs in the rules.ini.
(Double entries, missing entries false entries)

Much fun!

P.s: The AI is really heavy this time, the AI is now building almost everything, except the ShaWMobile (Can be deployed into a CloakGenerator) because the AI don´t know what do do with it.
