An adaption of Lucifer for CS:Source, allowing controls like bullet-time and gravity control, primarily for use in bot-only games.Some NOTES:
When time is slowed, you are too. If anyone could tell me how to fix this, please do (link)-->(fprefect111@gmail.com)<--(link). Originally based on the bullettime mod for half-life 2, with some slight changes and tweaks to meet CS standards. I thank the author of the mod for their inspiration.

U-Stop Time
I-Slow Time
O-Slower Physics
P-Normal Time
[-Speeds up Time 250%
V-Standard Bullettime
N-Low-Grav
M-Norm-Grav
,-Heavy-Grav
Anyone can use/change the mod, as long as they don't take all the credit.
Installation Instructions:
Simply copy the .cfg file as you would with the Bullettime Mod, into the Counter-Strike/cfg folder directory. When starting your server, simply type into the console: "exec lucifer11cs".
