Purge Jihad 2.3.0 Build Notes (partial)

[Dexterity]
- Damage Bonus now visible on HUD.
- Burst Penalty cap bug fixed.
- Dexterity now has a "Reflex Dodge" Saving Throw.

[Agility]
- Walk speed is now a fixed speed.

[Tenacity]
- Stunning cap removed for being hit while jumping. Cannot be Tenacity reduced.

[Strength]
- Damage Bonus now visible on HUD
- Recoil reduction moved to Strength. Recoil reduction treated as +5 Strength with crouching. Recoil suffers a -20 Strength penalty if jumping or falling.

[General Weapons]
- Warhead 1 damage type armor penetration reduced from 30 to 28.
- Explosion 1 damage type armor penetration reduced from 25 to 23.
- Mine/Trap damage type armor penetration reduced from 35 to 30.
- Recoil timings adjusted.

[Android]
- NEW! "Super Bullet" = alt-XL5. Alt-XL5 fires 2 .45 caliber magnum rounds from its barrel before recoil or suffering penalties. Semi-auto; semi-explosive.
- NEW! Smart beam = alt-Phalanx. The Smart beam detects enemies can twist its beam towards the enemies. It however, has a limited turn angle and cannot turn backwards. It does 125 damage of the type Warhead 1.
- Phalanx weight reduced from 40 lbs to 10 lbs. Reload time increase by 50%.

[Mage]
- Pri-Frostbolt damage increased by 5. Accuracy increased.
- NEW! Ice Storm = alt-Frostbolt. Ice Storm fires a cone of many drifting "snowflake" projectiles that impact with 20 damage of Freezing Explosion with a 5 damage Freezing warhead. Ice Storm is very inaccurate and can suffer a burst penality if the Mage keeps casting this spell. It can used for area saturation.
- NEW! Shockball = alt-Lightning. Shockball tosses out a small, jittering electrical ball. It has a 2 second fuse and scores 250 damage (Explosive 1 -- can do 2x damage on constructions) with a medium radius. Each Shockball costs 15 electrical spell components.
- Fireball starting velocity reduced from 583.3 f/s to 416 f/s. It can now accelerate to Mach 1. Maximum radius damage increased from 29.1 ft to 50 feet (same as SCRUB). The Fireball has the same in damage and velocity to the SCRUB without the guidance or air-burst. It still has better armor penetratio, slightly better ROF, and more mana/ammo per point of Strength to make up for it.

[Fighter]
- Pri-Snakeblade now returns. Burden increased to 1000.
- Alt-Snakeblade now tosses a guided, explosive Snakeblade.
- Phoenix Axe mana stones burden reduced from 4000 to 3000.
- Can no longer sneak.

[Cyborg]
- SCRUB can now accelerate to Mach 1. Ammo burden reduced from 4000 to 3000.
- SnP Minigun recoil style reduced from "heavy" to "normal firearm". Difficulty reduce from 10 to 5.
- Can no longer sneak.

[Commando]
- M20 handling and accuracy are now the same as the XL5's.
- Alt-M20 fires silenced rounds; full-auto with a damage reduction of 5.
- CriticalShot skill replaced by Cloaking.

[Assassin]
- Pri-Shadowblade now returns. Burden increased to 1000. Damage increased to 125. Radius increased to 200.
- NEW! Smoke daggers = alt-Shadowblade. Shadowblades tossed will emit a thick spritual smoke for 4 seconds on impact and will not return.
- Fixed minor effects timing issue with Pri-Shadowblade.

[Prayers]
- All prayers are now possible at level 1 except for Mass Bless.
