Description: DOOM 3 - Weapon Classes
This is a small mod that I have made for Doom 3 that limits the weapons you can carry. Eg. You can only carry a Plasma Gun, Shot Gun or Machine Gun. Mod source has been includedMod - Weapon Classes

Desription -
This is just a very simple mod I made to get my toes wet with the source.
Currently there are only a few weapon classes:
WEAPON_NONE (-1) - These can be picked up regardless of whether you have one or not
PDA, Fists, Chainsaw, Grenades, Flashlight
WEAPON_SMALL (0) - A small weapon
Pistol
WEAPON_MED (1) - A mid sized weapon
Machine Gun, Shotgun, Plasma Gun
WEAPON_LARGE (2) - A large weapon
Chaingun, Rocket Launcher, BFG
To pick up a weapon of a matching type you must first drop the one you're holding. This mod works in both SP and MP.
I have also included the source code of the files I changed. Simply search for AzAdded to see where I added code. I also made some slight modifications to the weapon scripts and defs. In the defs currently is a small hack to get the weapon icon.
Future Changes - I might make a dedicated script to be used with weapons but this probably will not happen due to another mod I plan on making.
Final Words - Anyway. I hope you enjoy this small mod and if you use it in your own project please email me. I'm keen to see if it gets used.
