This Patch Updates the Israeli League in TCM 2005, to be More Specific it does the Following:

Israeli League names has been Changed into their real names (Ligat Ha'al & Liga Leumit).
Israeli team names have been fixed into their full ones and some of the short names have been changed.
Israeli teams SQUADS has been updated (both leagues) and are now accurate to December 10th 2004.
Liga Leumit's Maccabi Kiryat Gat has been replaced with Zafririm Holon (As it should be).
All Israeli teams' kits have been corrected.
Israeli Cup name has been changed to Gvia Ha'Medina.
Referee List added.
The Football Association chairman name has been corrected.
All Israeli Ligat Ha'al teams Managers, Chairmen and Presidents added.
All Israeli Liga Leumit managers added.
Some players' names were corrected.
All Israeli leagues teams now have original badges + some of the non-league teams.
All Ligat Ha'al teams now have 1st league detailed statistics.
