Description: Dark Age of Camelot: Catacombs Pre-Patch

These are the files that will be on the Camelot patcher for all of our customers who will be playing Catacombs beginning Tuesday, December 7. If you download these files, it will make your opening day patch much smaller so you can give yourself a big head start on the opening day of Catacombs!

With every launch day of an expansion, there is a large patch and a heavy load on the game patchers, as eager players try to get our post-gold-master fixes and play. And, of course, since everyone is excited to play the new expansion, they want to be in the game as fast as possible.

Today, we have put up a file that will patch your CATACOMBS client to launch day state. We must emphasize that this file is for the Catacombs retail boxed expansion and will NOT work with other clients. Do not install this file over other clients.

So, here are the steps that a player will take to use this file.

Step 1. Pre-download this executable file. Do not install it, yet. If you try to install this file without Catacombs, it will fail.

Step 2. Install retail copy of Catacombs following the instructions included in the retail box.

Step 3. Execute this file, which will install many of the patch files to your Catacombs files.

Step 4. Patch and login as normal.
