Description: DOOM 3 - Shadow Wraith
This mod will change the phase in and out effect of the wraith.Wraiths warp in and out faster and closer. Also wraiths warp out when shot, but not if too close.
The wraith did not live up to it's full potential, so it has been changed. In this mod you will see the wraith teleport in with it's normal effects, then shift in between dimensions to avoid being shot.
The shifting effect bursts from the wraith and spills onto the floor in a shower of black dust.
Changes:
New particle effect for the wraith
Different sound effect used for phasing
footsteps are softer
altered AI - simple hack but quite effective which entails
-increased melee range
-decreased time spent idle while phasing
-wraith has a chance to phase if shot (but not if closer than 100 units)
-more difficult to kill as longer visible and invisible durations. (less chances for you to hide somewhere and shoot from safety)
