Description: ToEE Character Editor v0.8

An unofficial version of the editor, built from the v0.8 source code (included in the download) by kidaware. The included readme.txt file contains the version history buried inside one of the source code files. The author has stopped developing this editor, but the source code is available for anyone to download and continue development.
