Deer Hunter 2005 Unofficial Demo Patch 1.1

This (unsupported, unofficial) patch fixes some issues on the Deer Hunter 2005 Demo version.

This (unsupported) patch moves the Deer Hunter Demo version from 1.0 to 1.1. It doesn't change the network protocol, so you'll still be able to connect with 1.0 version. The main reason to deploy this patch is a video settings screen crash that happens in some machines.

Changes on this patch:

- Fixed video settings screen crash in some machines;

- Fixed mock scrape size;

- Fixed playback problem when the hunter starts the recording inside a vehicle;

- Fixed some video cards compatibility issues;

- Removed invalid "missing layer sound configuration" log message.
