This is a modification to the UAC prototype Plasma Rifle to make
it a fearsome weapon, more in line with what a plasma weapon should be. This is not a mod just to make the Plasma Rifle the ultimate weapon.

The modification changes the firing rate and velocity of the plasma projectiles. Damage remains the same, clip size has been increased to 75. New sound effects have been enabled giving the gun a more vicious sound.

Notes:

This has always been a pet peeve of mine - energy weapons that
fire bolts that travel slower than a little league softball pitcher.
Energy "projectiles, bolts or packets" should almost obtain or reach
relativistic speeds and make more of a "crack" or "thunder" sound
as they disintegrate the air in the path of the bolt.

I have increased the clip capacity to 75 to deal with the increased
firing rate. Short bursts are best - like a SMG.
