Description : My first map for UT2K3. An almost direct conversion of one of my level with the same title I did for the Mapnes mapping contest managed by Ubisoft during september-october 2002. Released on an Athlon 1900+, 512 Mg de RAM, about 45 Gg HD, a GeForce 4 Ti4600 128 Mb and a Soundblaster PCI 128, with Win2K Pro. Don't expect any theme, it's just a place to frag... Hf & gl 2 all.
Construction time : all in all, about 4 weeks (yeah, I know but it's my first map with the new engine...), plus one additional week to rework botpathing, courtesy of Cobra
Credits : for testing the alpha versions, the (ex-)IDP clan (Ngolo, Deepthroat, -Anti-, Mctl, CyberStyler, UpHiR, and many more...), my buddies of the Infektious Grooves clan, Rork, saVTRonic, yAMATO, G.e.c.k.o.o, MajorBlastMan, |G-O-D|_ShadoW, @naphel, Dks, oncle_ho, Nosferatus, Eddy, Dark Element, [Elfes]BliZzarD, nemesis, hot-sauce, and all the others I forget ;) Also, all the ones who provided feedback on the beta version: Scourgem, iamthewebguy, Prismax, MortalPlague, HortonsWho, Cobra, GIdenJoe, E-Monster, IHopeToGod, «Scavenger-X», [King_Snorkie], digital orgasm, L0cky, Lord Infamous, Kr4pZo!d, §uper-]V[oose, Wolv34ine, Ejen34, Helios, s1m0n, Original9, cool breeze, oxygen, Recoil812, Boplicity, UC|Scope, TossMonkey, LP, sAb3r, SkaarjMaster, Sarevok and very special thanks to lophead (who pimped my stuff on the Insite main page), Blitz (who did a great tutorial about bot pathing for UT2K3), Angel_Mapper (for her nice tutorial about xEmitters), Luv-Studd (who gave me great pointers) and Lruce Bee (who was also very supportive and instructive in his comments) Sorry for the d00des from leveldesigner.com but the topic has disappeared and I don't remember the nick of everyone :( Thanks to all for the great help which has been really appreciated
Additional credits : many, many, many thanks to Christian "Cobra" Trepanier and his wife Louise to have reworked the bot pathing in order to make of this map something really enjoyable for offline games, you two are the ultimate botmasters ;) Also, a big thanks to [NEGRO]Ultra who provided great feedback on the layout when the map was in alpha stage: I totally forgot to mention him in the ReadMe of DM-Hardcore and I sincerely hope that it's "fixed" now :)
