This is a client-server application for configuring, launching, and managing BFV game servers. Read below for more information!BFSM is a client-server application used to manage BF1942 game servers. It consists of two programs:
BFSM: a server program that runs on your BF1942 game server computer which can be used to launch and manage the server and its players.
BFRM: a client program which can be used to remotely manage a BF1942 server which is running BFSM.
Please note that BFSM must be running on your BF1942 server to use BFRM remotely. Both Windows and Linux versions of BFSM are available.
The way the two programs communicate with the server is illustrated below:
BFRM communicates with BFSM which in turn communicates with the BF1942 server via a Remote Console connection. Up to 16 clients can connect to BFSM with BFRM and manage the server remotely. You can also choose to manage your BF1942 server with BFSM alone, BFRM is not required.
