This is a patch for Echelon: Wind Warriors from MADia upgrading your game to version 1.10.

Changes in this patch:

Weapon's characteristics are slightly changed back to those in version 1.08.
The INT interceptors now start correctly in the network game.
The algorithm of adding/removing bots to/from the game is fixed.
