Tiberius is an original character created solely by me.

He is designed to fit into the Unreal universe, as a Roman themed character, much like the Egyptian themed characters.

Installation (this can be found in the included README)

Extract the Tiberius.zip file into the UT2004 root directory, all files should unzip into their appropriate folders.
Copy the following text into the XPlayers.int file (open with notepad) located in the UT2004 System directory:
