Installation (this can be found in the included README)

Extract the Tiberius.zip file into the UT2004 root directory, all files should unzip into their appropriate folders.
Copy the following text into the XPlayers.int file (open with notepad) located in the UT2004 System directory:

Tiberius="Name: Tiberius|Age: 52|Race: Human||Data:|The once great Emperor of Janus Prime and powerful man of war.||After the people of his world were 'liberated' by the NEG, he was arrested and sold to fight in the Tournament. His exceptional skills lead to his quick assent to Champion, after which he slaughtered his captors retreated into hiding.||Now that the Tournament has gone mainstream, his bloodlust and want of glory has seen him re-emerge from the shadows and enter the now 'official' Tournament.||And his opponents had best be on guard, for it was said that in war the Stare of Tiberius could pierce a man's soul.||"
