First Unzip the ut2004diegoskin.zip file into a temporary folder, then:

From the UT2004 folder:

1) Put the Diego.utx file in the Textures folder.

2) Put the Diego.upl file in the System folder

3) Add the following to the bottom of the 'XPlayers.int' file in the 'System' folder of the UT2K4 install directory.
