INTRODUCTION
The Governor of California makes his debut for UT2K3. There were so many good "Ahnuld" quotes for taunts and stuff that it was hard to choose which ones to fill the slots. Unfortuantely I was not able to cover all the bases here; the male juggernaut voice fills in the blanks. I have several more voices that are in varying stages of completion at the moment, but I think this will be the last one I'll make for UT2003. I downloaded the 2K4 demo and it has much better support for voices, so that's where I'm headed. Seeing as how '2K3 is such a pain in the neck when it comes to implementing VPs, and UT2004 is close to the (estimated) release date, I don't feel like wasting my time to publish my other voice packs for UT2K3. "Hasta la vista, baby."
