Unzip the file into your quake3\baseq3 directory.
Start quake3 and either select it from your map list or press tilde to enter the console and type:
/map cinna_ctf1

Known Bugs : If you look under some of the grated walkways, they disappear. It's not noticable, so I didn't fix it. And also, the main launch pad that takes u across the map, if you walk on it on the very right or left side, you will be taken straight up. It is because you are hitting one of the posts near the launch pad. This is not a bug, and I did not fix it because I thought it would be better to have it a little harder for people to use the launch pad.
Build Time : A few weeks from being lazy.
