The mutator gives a new weapon called the Punisher to all players. It is a Super Weapon.

This mutator creates a new weapon called the Punisher. It is a Super Weapon like the Redeemer. This is a script only mod. The weapon uses the existing Redeemer model and skin. I'm a coder, not an artist. ;)
To show off the weapon, the mutator makes everyone start with the Punisher in hand. You only get one shot, though.
Try both fire modes.
Primary fire sends out an orb which tracks enemies and blasts them with a deadly blue beam. Cool! Alt-Fire also sends out an orb which tracks enemies but shoots link projectiles at super high speed.
I know of no other weapon that shoots a moving projectile from a moving projectile while tracking and targeting all enemies in its range and line of sight.
You have to see this!
Works in any game type.

Unzip all files to your "\UT2003\system\" directory.
