A nice little mod that lets every single gang member roam the streets. There are about 4 or 5 different types of gangs in each area.This was made with Multiedit. It is a Mod that replaces your pedgrp.dat file. So if you don't think you'll like this Mod, back it up. It is located in your gta3/data directory. This file alters the pedestrians, so its the gang members of every gang (Southside Hoods, Uptown Yardies, Triads, Leone Family Mafia, Nines, Colombian Cartel, Yakuza, Diablos, and Red Jacks) Enjoy!!! (BACKUP FILE INCLUDED)
