Description : This mutator will let the player only jump if his stamina is over 5 points. All players start with 50 points of stamina. When falling the player will lose 5 points per sec( or 5 points for jumping). every player gets 1 stamina point per sec.

If you place on a client, remember when new verison come out you need to remove that the U file or you can not connect to server with new verion.
