This is the freeware version of this great paint program. If you like to create pretty pictures then Dogwaffle should do well.
Mininum configuration
300 mhz pentium or better (600 mhz Pentium2, AMD K7 or better recomended) (Windows 98 Release 2 recomended but not required). Dogwaffle has been optimised for K6-2 and Athlon processors.
128 megs of ram.
Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4.0 and above, 2000, and XP home and professional are supported.
16 or 32 bit video card at 1024x768 or higher
