Well After you install the Point Release make sure the only pak files you have in your baseq3 folder in the Quake III Arena folder is... pak0.pk3 and pak2.pk3, and you will need the DC map pack also. After that you should be able to play on Sega and 1.16 Servers =)

p.s. Here is a way to play both 1.31 and 1.16 Q3A. what I did was install Q3A Twice on my PC....I put the one I use for 1.31 in the regular QuakeIIIArena folder then reinstall it in another folder I named it DC Q3A (you can name the second one what ever u want) when it reinstalls you hafta browse and find the folder you want the second install to go to, it will have 2 sections were you have to make sure it is going to the new folder...then install this file in that folder you want to use to play the 1.16 (DC) version of Quake3Arena.=]
