Description: Expert GTA3

This mod makes GTA3 for the PC harder to drive in, as it makes all the cars take much more damage from collisions. If you ram a fast car into a wall at full speed, it will catch fire and explode shortly. All you have to do to change it back is to rename the other file that comes with it to handling.cfg and replace the other file with it.
