Description: GTA 3: Lucifer City
This Mod changes Liberty City into the hellish Lucifer CityGrand Theft Auto 3: Lucifer City
Do you know Hell? Or do you think you know Hell? Make no mistake, it truly exists. Deep in the bowels of Earth, Hell is reality...
...and that's where you are now. In the metropolis--the core of Hell--Lucifer City, and it's no medieval world. It has evolved...as modern as any city on the surface. Most of the citizens are "happy". Content with their fate, they live their eternity here.
But Hell wouldn't be Hell without the torment, the agony, and the pain. That's where the demons come in. That's where you come in.
Your job is simple: to make Hell as unpleasant as it can be. Follow the orders of various gangs and you may be able to challenge the Monarch--Lucifer herself.
Surprised? Well, she's the one who brought you here in the first place. Don't you remember?
Here's one thing you can't forget: have a damned evil time!
Features
- All new Demonic Gangs
- Hellish Surroundings: lava flows like water, blood pours from the sky, trees are dead, and the light never reaches the street.
- Updated Pedestrians: they look like dead warmed over. Why? Because they are!
- Forget the overworld counterpart, Liberty City...all the signs and names are different too.
